Leadership

Richard Lupa, Owner & Managing Broker
Richard Lupa brings over 26 years of experience as a licensed real estate broker in California and Illinois, with a proven track record in the successful sale of both commercial and residential properties. He also has more than 25 years of experience as a licensed building contractor, providing a rare dual perspective on real estate
and construction.


In addition to representing clients, Richard has personally developed residential and commercial properties in California and the Chicago, Illinois market, and maintains an active portfolio of investment properties in both states.


This unique combination of brokerage, development, and construction expertise enables him to offer clients valuable insight not only into investment opportunities, but also into construction quality, structural integrity, and overall property soundness—helping buyers and sellers make informed, confident decisions.


Richard holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Kraków University of Technology and is a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), designated by the National Association of Realtors. He also maintains an extensive global network of investors and industry relationships.
