Leadership

Richard Lupa, Managing Broker.
Richard brings over 26 years of experience as a licensed real estate broker in California and Illinois, with a proven track record of successfully selling of commercial and residential properties. In addition, Richard has more than 25 years of experience as a licensed building contractor in both states. This unique combination of expertise allows him to provide clients with valuable insight into construction quality, structural integrity, and overall property soundness — helping buyers make informed investment decisions.

Richard Lupa holds a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the Cracow University of Technology in Poland. He is a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), designated by the National Association of Realtors, and maintains an extensive global network of foreign investors.
